Kelly Skippings
Kelly oversees all operations, governance, and strategic delivery across Dumbarra Consultancy Services. She manages company finance and marketing, while focusing on quality assurance, performance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable quality growth outcomes. Kelly drives structured systems, workforce development, and Indigenous participation initiatives aligned with organisational objectives and long-term strategic priorities.

Jo Pagel
Jo manages administration and procurement functions, ensuring documentation integrity and process compliance across all engagements. She provides creative writing support for grant and tender submissions, contributes to structured data collection and reporting, and coordinates suppliers and documentation with accuracy and consistency. Her work underpins Dumbarra’s compliance, funding, and submission quality standards.
